Returns

In the unlikely event that your product does not arrive in ship shape condition or is damaged, faulty, or lost by the courier, we will happily replace it. Please contact us within 3 days of receiving a faulty or damaged product.

We take extreme pride in our products which is one of the reasons why our parcels are packaged so well. If an item is unfortunately damaged in transit please contact us within 3 working days and we will arrange for a new item to be sent out to you. We will send you a post-paid sticker in which we will ask you to send the damaged item back so we can make a claim with the courier company. Without having the damaged item returned we can't make a claim.

Unfortunately we can not offer any refund on a personalised item if you change your mind.
