How to order

To place an order by phone:  Call us on 07 839 1442 for any enquiries

To place an order by fax:   Fax your order form (*see below) to 07 839 1448

To place an order by email:    sales@pocotots.co.nz 

If you would prefer to fax or post in your order rather than completing online, please download and print a pdf version of the order form by clicking on "order form" (in the top menu bar). A pdf file will open in Adobe Reader then all you need to do is print it, fill it in and fax or post it back to us. If you have any problems please give us a call and we will either email or post you one out.

Payment:  Pocotots can accept payment via Direct Credit (we will email you our account  details - please use your order number as your deposit reference), PayPal (we will email you the details on receipt of your order) or cheque (please allow 5 working days for cheques to clear before goods are processed and dispatched). Because of the personalised nature of our products work can not begin until payment has been cleared.

Out of stock:  Pocotots reserves the right to replace a loot item with another when one of the advertised items are on back order. It will be a similar item. Where possible it will be the advertised item but occasionally it is out of our control when an item is out of stock.

Prices:  All prices are in New Zealand dollars and include GST of 15%. Pocotots reserves the right to alter prices without notice.

Delivery: Orders will generally be dispatched within 5 working days of receipt of payment. For those products that require personalisation it may take a few more days.  All items are dispatched via New Zealand Post Track & Trace system (within New Zealand only) for $9.00 which takes approximately 1 - 3 working days for delivery. Rural delivery may take a little longer. Goods will only be dispatched once payment has cleared.

Returns:  If you are not happy with any of your purchases please email info@pocotots.co.nz prior to returning any product. Any product must be returned in the original packaging and in perfect condition within 14 days.We take pride in our work so we want you our customer to be happy. Freight is not refundable. We will deposit a refund into a nominated bank account excluding freight - visa cards can not be credited unfortunately. Or we can leave a credit in our system for you for future use.If the customer has changed their mind then returning the item back to Pocotots is at the customers expense. If there is an error from our end with the product then Pocotots is responsible for the cost of freight. 

Privacy: We take your privacy very seriously so any personal details sent to us will be strictly confidential and will not be shared with any third party.
